Birthday Party Package Policies

Maximum Number of Guests
At Jump Gymnastics, we offer high quality parties for young children, and in order to keep the party safe and fun we need to keep the guest list to a maximum of 12 kids aged 1 to 6 years old.
Remember to include the birthday child and all participating siblings in this count. We understand that it is hard to keep guest lists from growing. Please respect our policies so we can work together to make this the best party for your child!

Parent Supervision
Children three years old and under must be accompanied by a parent when they are in the gym.

Fees & Payment
All fees are due at the time of booking.

Cancellations
All cancellations notices must be received in writing and submitted to hello@jumpgymnastics.ca
If cancellation is received 2 weeks prior to the booking Jump will refund or credit 90% of the party fees.
If cancellation is received less than 2 weeks prior to the party no refund or credit will be issued.

Birthday Party Guest Information (RSVP)
Guests will be required to RSVP with their child’s full name, parent/guardian name, and parent/guardian phone number for insurance purposes.

Plan ahead and secure your spot early! New birthday party dates open at 9:00 AM on the following schedule:

• May 10, 2026 — Book for July & August 2026 celebrations

• July 10, 2026 — Book for September & October 2026 celebrations

• September 10, 2026 — Book for November & December 2026 celebrations

• November 10, 2026 — Book for January & February 2027 celebrations

• January 10, 2027 — Book for March & April 2027 celebrations

• March 10, 2027 — Book for May & June 2027 celebrations
