Of course, even if the answer might be somewhere on our website, sometimes it’s just nice to speak with a grownup. Our Client Services Team is online seven days a week. We are pretty darn fast at replying to emails but we would rather chat with you on the phone! Reach out to us if you need some support; give us a call.

are you ready for your little one’s first gymnastics class?

Come ready to move! Little ones should wear comfy clothes like leggings or sweats, and everyone heads into the gym barefoot (grownups too—socks are totally fine!).

No need to stop at the front desk—your coach will be there to greet you and take attendance when you arrive. Easy peasy!

Grownups are part of the action! Parent participation is required until your coach feels your child is ready to safely jump in on their own.

And if your little one takes a little time to warm up, that’s all part of the journey. It’s very normal for it to take 6–8 weeks to feel comfortable with the space, routine, and new friends. We’ve got you!

Got a little one peeking over the gate? You’re definitely not alone! Little ones three and under will have their grownup by their side for the whole class.
