A 10-Day Journey From Learning to Leading

The Jump Gymnastics Leadership Academy is built as a progressive, hands-on experience where teens ages 12 to 15 years grow step-by-step from building confidence to leading real activities in a camp environment.

Learn how to lead younger children in a real camp environment, while developing confidence, communication skills, and practical leadership experience. Rather than simply participating in camp activities, teens are introduced to real leadership roles where they learn how to guide younger children in a supportive camp environment. Along the way, they develop confidence, communication skills, and hands-on experience that extends far beyond the gym.

Each day focuses on a specific leadership skill — moving from self-awareness, to communication, to real coaching practice.
