Calling Back the Summer Camp Team
Whether you were leading the charge or jumping into every game and craft, you know how special camp can be. This summer, we’re inviting our amazing former camp team and coaches to join us as Camp Leaders , Camp Assistants, or Camp Interns—each role playing a key part in creating unforgettable days for kids ages 4–7. If you’re ready for more laughter, high-fives, and feel-good moments, we’d love to have you on the camp team!

Training Days & Camp Setup Dates
Our training plan is ready, and there are a few mandatory in-person sessions you’ll need to attend if you’re planning to re-join the team:
In Person Session: Welcome to Our Team Meeting
Thursday, June 12th at North Van from 5:00pm-7:00pm
OR Friday, June 13th at Cambie from 5:00pm-7:00pm
In-Person Session: Welcome to Your Role Training
Saturday, June 14th at Richmond
Full-day training for Camp Leaders and Camp Assistants
Afternoon training for Camp Interns

You’ll be at your assigned facility between June 23rd–26th, 2025 for setup and prep of your camp space.
When is summer camp this year?
The first official day of summer camp is Wednesday, July 2nd and we wrap up on August 26th!

Our Camp Leaders are the magic-makers for children ages 4 to 7—bringing the fun, fuelling imagination, and creating awesome camp memories all summer long. They’re the go-to grownups for adventure, games, and a whole lot of laughs!
From setting up activities and keeping the day running smoothly to building connections and cheering on every camper, they make each day at camp feel like the best day ever.Seasonal full time
Ages 18+
Weekdays only (8:00am-4:00pm)
Compensation: $21.00 hourly -
Our Camp Assistants are hands-on heroes for children ages 4 to 7, always in the mix, leading fun activities, and making sure everyone’s having a blast!
They co-supervise playtime, snacks, and meals, help keep camp spaces clean and organized, and step in as Camp Leaders when needed.
Whether it's joining in on games or supporting creative activities, they’re always there to keep the camp energy high and the kids smiling!
Seasonal full time
Ages 16+
Weekdays only (8:00am-4:00pm)
Compensation: $19.50 hourly -
Our Camp Interns are active, hands-on helpers for children ages 4 to 7, always making sure the fun runs smoothly and the spaces stay organized!
They work alongside the camp team to keep things tidy, supervise activities, and help kids stay engaged and happy throughout the day.
Whether it’s keeping camp areas sparkling clean, organizing games and crafts, or co-supervising during playtime and meals, our Camp Interns are there to ensure everything is ready for a day full of adventure.
Seasonal part time
Ages 14+, must turn 15 by December 31, 2025
Compensation: $17.40 hourly
Our Camp Interns work from 8:30am-3:30pm.
