Jump does not charge extra for insurance or membership fees. They are included in the class fee. All fees are subject to GST. We accept cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept cheques or Amex. With regard to re-registration, please note that by saving your spot for the next session you are authorizing us to charge your credit card unless other arrangements are made.
Class registration is by term, not on a class-by-class basis.
Jump Play (Drop-In)
Jump Play is a drop in, unstructured play time open to children aged six months to seven years old.
Payments are made at arrival. No shows will be billed the full amount. Registration for drop in must be completed online on the DAY OF the drop in. Jump Play drop-ins are open to all families. They are intended as an opportunity to become familiar with Jump and to further explore the themes and concepts introduced during our regular classes. All participants must follow the gym rules. All drop in fees include GST.
Jump Play punch cards expire one year from date of purchase and are non-refundable.
Do you want to try a class without making a huge commitment first? Come and try out one class! Call the location you prefer to check availability and make the arrangements. We are confident your child (and you!) will love it here.
For siblings registered on the same account and in the same term we offer a 5% discount on the 2nd, 3rd, etc. registrations
For twins registered in the same class and in the same term we offer a 10% discount on the 2nd registration
For a child registered in more than one class per term, we offer a 20% discount on 2nd and 3rd classes
The 3rd child in a family registered for date night is free
Punch cards for Jump Play mean you get 1 class free
Jump offers one free make-up class per child, per session. Make-up classes are not transferable and must be used within the same session and are based on class availability. Parents must contact the office to schedule a make-up class.
Whenever possible, please inform us if you will be away.
No penalty for requests made before the payment date for the term being withdrawn from. All requests must be made in writing.
All requests received before the start of the 4th week of the term will be pro-rated for the remaining classes and subject to a 10% administrative fee.
There will be no cancellations after the start of the 4th week of the term without a medical note.
If you need to cancel/withdraw from a Camp, fees will be credited to your Jump Account minus a 10% admin fee if notice is received at least 48 hours before the Camp begins. After this, no credits or refunds will be issued.
We won’t be able to guarantee make-up classes for camps. Whenever possible we will accommodate transfers within the camp week but cannot extend credits or transfers outside of the camp times.
Payments for Date Nights will be processed at the time of registration. If you need to cancel/withdraw from a Date Night, a 10% admin fee will be charged for Date Nights cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. With less than 48 hours notice, no refunds will be given.
For Summer Term, Fall Term and any mid-term term enrollments, payment is due at the time of registration.
For Winter and Spring Terms, payment is due by the payment date, six weeks before the beginning of term.
If payment is not received one month before the beginning of term, enrollment is automatically forfeited.
Jump will accept registration at any time in the session (based on availability). Fees will be prorated accordingly.
We welcome party guests from the age of six months until their eighth birthday.
All fees are due at the time of booking.
If the cancellation is received from time of booking and 2 weeks prior to the party Jump will refund or credit 90% of the party fees.
If the cancellation is received less than 2 weeks prior to the party no refund or credit will be issued.
All cancellation notices must be received in writing and submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
Extra Party Guests
At Jump we specialize in offering high quality parties for young children. We understand that it is hard to keep guest lists from growing! However, please help us keep this party fun and safe by respecting our policies and keeping the guest list to a maximum of 12 kids between the ages of six months and seven years old. (Don’t forget to include the birthday child and all participating siblings in this count.)
Young children can be overwhelmed by larger groups. We ask that only one caregiver* accompanies the child into class. Your extended family is welcome to watch from the lounge and the lobby.
You will be busy and active for the whole class, for this reason, please leave distractions (cell phones, coffee, newspapers…) in the cubbies.
*Our coaches know what’s best for each class and will use their discretion
One free transfer from one class to another is allowed per child, per session. Based on class availability.
Jump reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes based on enrollment. Notifications will be sent to customers prior to the start of classes.
