To keep everything fair, here is the fine print!

Payments

All payments are due at the time of booking with the exception of early registration for Winter and Spring Terms. Please contact the front desk upon registration if you wish to make other arrangements.

All cancellation notices must be received in writing and submitted to citysquare@jumpgymnastics.ca or northvan@jumpgymnastics.ca

Classes

Cancellations made in writing before 9am on the day of the first class will be issued a 90% refund or a 100% account credit. 

We are confident in our programs and are always striving for Excellence! If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, we offer a 100% refund for the remaining classes in the term.

  • Make Ups - If you are missing from class or absent for any reason please contact us to schedule a make up class. Make up classes are subject to availability, will be issued on a first come first serve basis and must be arranged in advance.

  • Companions - Young children can be overwhelmed by larger groups.  We ask that only one caregiver* accompanies the child into class. Your extended family is welcome to watch from the lounge and the lobby. (*Additional Companions in the gym may be allowed at the coach’s discretion.)

  • Twins - For twins registered in the same class and in the same term we offer a 10% discount on the 2nd registration

Class Cancellations/Changes - Jump reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes based on enrollment. Notifications will be sent to customers prior to the start of classes.

Jump Play (Drop-In)

To guarantee your spot for Jump Play please register online, places are first come first serve. Our team is on hand to help but may not be able to take your call immediately.

  • Payment for Jump Play is due at the time of registration and registration opens at 00:01am on the day of the drop in.

  • No refunds will be issued if you do not attend.

Events/Camps

Payment for Events/Camps are due at the time of booking. 

  • Cancellations made before 9am 2 days prior to the event will be issued a 90% refund or a 100% account credit. 

  • No refund or credit will be issued if written notice is not received by 9am 2 days prior to the event

Birthdays

We welcome party guests from the age of six months until their eighth birthday.

  • All fees are due at the time of booking.

  • If written cancellation is received 2 weeks prior to the date of the party Jump will  issue a 90% refund or a 100% account credit.

  • If notice is not received at least  2 weeks prior to the party no refund or credit will be issued.
