Jump! does not charge extra for insurance or membership fees. They are included in the class fee.
All fees are subject to GST or HST.
Payments can be made by cash, debit, Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept cheques.
Discounts
For siblings registered on the same account and in the same term we offer a 5% discount
For twins registered in the same class and in the same term we offer a 10% discount
Make-up Classes
Jump! offers one free make-up class per child, per session. Make-up classes must be used within the same session and are based on class availability. Parents must contact the office to schedule a make-up class.
Trial Classes
Do you want to try a class without making a huge commitment first? Come and try out one class and just pay for that day or come to a drop in time and pay a one-time member rate. Call our office to check availability and make the arrangements. We are confident your child (and you!) will love it here.
Date Night Fees
Payments for Date Nights will be processed on the 1st of the month (ex. if the Date Night is Nov 27th then fees are due and processed not earlier than Nov 1st). If you need to cancel/withdraw from a Date Night, 80% of fees will be returned if notice is received in writing up to 14 calendar days before the Date Night. After this, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Drop In Classes
Jump! drop in are open to all families. They are intended as an opportunity to further explore the themes and concepts introduced during our regular classes. All participants must follow the gym rules. All participants must call ahead and pre-register for a drop in time. If cancellation notice is received 24hours before the start of the drop in Jump! will not charge any fees. If cancellation notice is received less than 24hours before the drop in class, the appropriate drop in fee will be posted to the family account. All drop in fees include GST.
Absences
Whenever possible, please inform us if you will be away.
Class Withdrawals
- If cancellation notice is received before the start of the first class Jump! will refund or credit 80% of the session registration fees.
- If cancellation notice is received before the start of the 3rd class Jump! will refund or credit 80% of the prorated session registration fees.
- After the start of the 3rd class Jump! will refund or credit 80% of the prorated fees upon receipt of a signed medical note.
All cancellation notices must be received in writing either by fax, email or in person.
Parties
- All fees are due at the time of booking
- If cancellation is received 4 weeks prior to the party Jump! will refund or credit 80% of the party fees.
- If cancellation is received 2 weeks prior to the party Jump! will refund or credit 50% of the party fees.
- If cancellation is received less than 2 weeks prior to the party no refund or credit will be issued.
All cancellation notices must be received in writing either by fax, email or in person.
Extra Party Guests:
We understand that it is hard to keep guest lists from growing! However, at Jump we specialize in offering high quality parties for young children. Please help us keep this party fun and safe by respecting our policies (our staff to student ratio must be 1:6) and keeping the guest list to a maximum of 12 kids. (Don’t forget to include the birthday child and all participating siblings in this count.)
The party host will make a final attendance count at each party. If the maximum number has been exceeded Jump reserves the right to add $15 per child over our maximum to your account on file.
Registration for the Next Session
Priority will be given to current families who wish to enroll their child in the same class for the next session, and then, if space permits to change class times. Registration will then be opened up, first to returning families who missed a previous session and then to new families.
Late Registration
Jump! will accept registration at any time in the session (based on availability). Fees will be prorated accordingly.
Class Transfers
One free transfer from one class to another is allowed per child, per session. Based on class availability.
Class Cancellations/Changes
Jump! reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes based on enrollment. Notifications will be sent to customers prior to the start of classes.
