About the Part Time Admin

Our part time admin are responsible for greeting and assisting our clients at Jump, as well as keeping the area outside of the gym looking presentable and inviting. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls and emails for new and existing clients

  • Supporting all forms of communication within the facility;

  • Submitting and completing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records

  • Registering children for classes and taking payments

  • Restocking supplies when needed

  • Assisting Front Desk Manager with any additional tasks

 

Who are you?

  • You are a people person! A large portion of this role will  be talking to families and making them feel welcome. We love outgoing, enthusiastic, who love being part of a community. 

  • You are diligent. There will be a number of checklists that you are expected to complete each shift in regards to cleaning, customer follow up and general desk organisation

  • You are an avid learner! We love to see (and assist when possible) our team grow. If there’s an area that you would like to learn more about while at Jump - we would love to give you that opportunity.  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old

  • First Aid-CPR certificate; a successful Criminal Record check, upon hiring

  • Proficient in basic Computer Skills 

  • Previous Reception or Customer Service experience
