General Manager

About the General Manager Position

Our General Managers report directly to the Director as well as work alongside our other Managers and Admin team on various projects. Duties include but are not limited to :

  • Day to day management of the facility

  • Organizing facility repairs and overall cleanliness

  • Scheduling and approving facility hours

  • Class Programming

  • Training the coaching team

  • Tracking and recording the facility’s progress each term

  • Troubleshooting

  • Developing relationships with staff, clients, suppliers and the greater community

  • Being active in self development while at Jump

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old

  • First Aid-CPR certificate; a successful Criminal Record check, upon hiring

  • Minimum 2 years prior management experience (preferably in an athletic background)

  • Strong leadership experience (Successful background in coaching/mentoring/team development)

  • Proficient with MS Office ( Word , Excel ) 

  • Degree/Diploma from an accredited college/university
